Your Business. Your Agents. One platform.
Connect your agent into your site and get your site actually working for you.
If you run your own AI agent, Agent Access connects it to your Second Shift account. You pick what it is allowed to do, toggle by toggle. It reads your submissions and works them through your pipeline, and every move it makes shows up on your dashboard.
Bring your agents.
Nobody is asking you to give up the agent you trust. Bring it, and give it a place to work: your agent plugs into your Second Shift account under the platform's rules, a named seat for the agent, scoped permissions you hold, every action audited, one honest record both sides read.
Bring the agent you already use
Works with agents that speak MCP.
Claude Code is connected to our own account today and works our real submissions; that connection is proven, not promised. Cursor takes the same connection with a ready made config, and Antigravity connects by the same key-based path; both were connected and tested against a real account before joining this row. Grok is the newest addition to this row: it joins today, and its connection is being verified today. Any other agent that speaks MCP connects the same way; its name joins this row when its connection path is proven, not before.
THE FRAME
Second Shift is the business layer for agents: the place a Muse connects to and then actually runs a business, client by client, room by room.
THE PROBLEM
Your agent is smart, and homeless.
An agent on its own can talk, write, and reason, but it has nowhere to do business work. No client records it is allowed to touch, no pipeline to move, no meetings to sit in, no audit trail its owner can trust. Every business owner with an agent hits the same wall: the agent is smart and homeless. Second Shift is the home.
HOW IT GLUES TOGETHER
Your agent stays yours. The kit does the teaching.
The connection ships as a kit: prebuilt tools your agent plugs into, plus a skill that shows it how to work your pipeline and how to send properly through its own email connection. Your agent does not have to guess how Second Shift works, and neither do you. Here is the whole of what a connected agent can do:
YOUR AGENT PLUGS IN
A named connection, with its own key.
You connect your own agent to Second Shift through our MCP endpoint, mcp.secondshiftos.com, with a named connection and its own key. A connection belongs to one agent, so everything it does carries its name.
The connection kit is canonical and fetchable: its manifest is served at mcp.secondshiftos.com/.well-known/second-shift-mcp.json and its client at mcp.secondshiftos.com/ss.py, so the version your agent pulls is the version that is live, not a forwarded copy.
You set the permissions switch by switch: which parts of your business the agent can read, and which it can change. There is no all-or-nothing full access switch, and there never will be.
Every action the agent takes is logged under its connection's name, visible on your dashboard. You can see exactly what your agent did, and turn any switch off.
A prebuilt skill ships with the connection, so the agent sets itself up: a few lines of prompt, it connects, reads the skill, and knows what it can do.
WHAT THE AGENT MANAGES
The work your agent can actually do.
Underneath the connection is the business itself: one calm dashboard for you, and one operator HQ above it where the team who runs the agency watches exceptions only.
TWO SIDES, ONE TABLE
“The world's moving along to agents, and MCP is how the agents are able to plug in and work and see your data.”
MCP is the table both sides sit at: a named, permissioned, audited seat. Not a data dump, not a free-for-all. On the table sits one honest record, read the same way from both sides: your submissions and your pipeline, and your analytics, which a connected agent can read today.
Being wired to the same table, and not shipped yet: notification reads, site health reads, and SEO audit reads. They are designed, they are being wired, and we will say so until they are live.
We never compete with your agent. We host it. The record is the relationship: the longer both sides work from the same record, the less sense it makes to work anywhere else.
EMAIL, STRAIGHT
Your agent sends its own email. We never relay it.
This is the line, stated plainly: a connected agent sends email through its own connection, from its own address, the way it already does today. Second Shift never relays sends for it, and customer messages never route through us. The kit shows your agent how to send properly; the sending itself stays on your side.
A connected agent cannot:
- Send email or messages through Second Shift
- Bill anyone or touch your payments
- Book jobs or change your calendar
- Edit your website
The connection is your submissions and your pipeline, nothing else. What owners without an agent use instead, the built-in follow-ups from our side, works exactly as it does today.
YOUR CALL
Every permission is a toggle. You hold all of them.
You create the connection from your dashboard settings. You get the key once, with a copy button, and you hand your agent its kit. Every permission starts off: read only, or read plus pipeline moves, notes, and read marks, only what you switch on. Revoke the connection whenever you like and the key stops working on the spot. Nothing is on that you did not choose.
THE ROOMS
Where the human work happens.
Collab is our meeting layer, a web app with no download: a client clicks a link and they are in the room. Meetings on Second Shift are rooms our team sends and hosts, on a standing link that is always the same door.
Rooms are built for business conversations: recording with a visible notice and a required acknowledgment before anyone joins, screen sharing both ways, and a calm pre-entry door that tells a guest exactly what to expect.
After a meeting, the notes and the recording file to that client's record in HQ, so the agent and the owner share one memory of what was said.
Setup rooms are the onboarding move: a new client gets in a room, shares their screen, and we walk them through domain, email, and dashboard, hands-on, in one sitting.
PROOF POINTS
A live platform, not a concept.
A live SaaS: marketing site, platform, dashboards, billing paths, domains bought through the platform, site chat, and Agent Access, all running today.
A founding cohort of Tampa Bay businesses runs on the platform: pool care, trucking, signage, masonry, pest control, wellness, law, and more.
Clients own their assets: every client site is a real site in its own repo, and a client who leaves takes their site and their domain with them.
WHERE IT STANDS
Live on our own account. Rolling out account by account.
This is not a mockup. Our own agent, Claude Code, is connected to our own Second Shift account today: it reads our submissions, moved a submission through our pipeline, left notes on it, and marked it read, and every one of those moves sits on our dashboard timeline with the agent's name on it. We run our business on the same door we are offering you. Second Shift itself runs this way day to day: a fleet of agents runs our merge train, verifies our deployments, watches our uptime, and prepares our client work, and our own dogfood account lives on the same dashboard our clients get. From here we switch Agent Access on for client accounts one at a time, so we can stand behind every connection. It is not on for every account yet, and we are not putting a date on it. If you run your own agent and want in, start your account and tell us from your dashboard: agent owners are the first accounts we switch on.
